Clothing for charities & fundraising teams
Printed clothing for charity runs, fundraising campaigns, volunteer teams and supporter merchandise. We help organisations plan larger garment orders, with in-house decoration in North Devon and delivery across the UK.

A participant shirt, a volunteer uniform and a garment sold to raise funds have different requirements. We will help you balance garment choice, decoration and quantities around how the clothing will be used.

Choose technical T-shirts for active participants or cotton T-shirts for supporters and finishers. Include your event date, expected quantities and sponsor logos when requesting your quote.
Make your team easy to identify with printed T-shirts, embroidered polos or branded hoodies. Different garment styles can carry the same organisation branding, with decoration selected for each fabric and role.
Build a clothing range around your charity identity, from T-shirts and hoodies to caps and bags. We can discuss garment options, size ranges and how the number of colours and decoration positions affects the price.
Screen printing suits larger batches repeating the same design, such as campaign T-shirts or event clothing. Print colours and positions are agreed as part of your quote.
Embroidery gives logos a stitched finish on suitable polos, fleeces, hoodies and caps. It is useful for staff and volunteer clothing that will be worn repeatedly.
DTF Transfer is another option for printed designs. We can advise on print size, fabric suitability and whether it makes sense alongside screen printing or embroidery on your chosen garments.
Your quote depends on the garment, quantity, print colours, decoration positions and artwork. Screen printing has setup costs for each design and colour, so repeating the same design across a larger batch usually makes better use of that setup. Ask us to compare quantities if you are working to a fundraising budget.
Yes. Send the main design and any sponsor logos, and explain which garments need each version. Separate artwork versions, extra print colours and extra positions can change the price, so it helps to identify these before you finalise the order.
Tell us the size and colour breakdown you need. We will check garment availability and whether the same decoration is suitable across the chosen colours. If a different ink colour or artwork version is needed, we will include that in your quotation.
Contact us while you are planning the event and include the date the clothing must arrive. Lead time depends on garment availability, artwork approval and the production schedule. We will discuss an achievable delivery date before you commit; an enquiry alone does not reserve production time.
No. You can send a quotation request without registering. Include an estimated quantity, garment preference, artwork details and delivery deadline. If you do not yet have a final size breakdown, explain what is still to be confirmed.
